Churches, like individuals, can be similar to one another and yet often draw us into relationship by their differences. If you are wondering how By Grace is similar or different from other churches you’ve been to, or what church is like at all, let us introduce you to our community.<\/p>\n
The people<\/strong><\/p>\n If you were to join us for a Sunday gathering, you’d find yourself in the midst of about 100 people. Our fellowship is just large enough that it’s easy to meet new folks, but not so big that you’ll feel lost in a sea of faces. In general, we are a younger congregation, but a have wide mix of life situations and careers – you might meet a school teacher or a shipyard worker, a website designer or a counselor, a sailor or an airman. We desire to minister to people from all ages and stages of life.<\/p>\n The service<\/strong><\/p>\n In general, our Sunday Gatherings include times of singing together, prayer, and a strong emphasis on the teaching and receiving of the Word.
